Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your I AM THAT I AM purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your item, unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After this window, your order may have entered production and can no longer be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page.

Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

Size Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange eligible items based on availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for size exchanges.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. I AM THAT I AM will cover applicable return or replacement shipping costs for incorrect or defective items.

Refunds
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
